These beautiful earrings contain an iridescent layer of dichroic metal placed in two different layers of clear glass. This lets light shine right through them, and makes each of these earrings unique and different in the way they sparkle.
One earring has the polka dot layer on the top of the glass, the other has it encased inside the glass. Thus each earring is different yet they match well, revealing their differences only on close inspection. A truly one-of-a-kind pair of earrings.
Different angles bring up new shimmers of color, and different backgrounds change their look completely.
The color spectrum shifts, starting indigo purple when looking straight on. As you tilt sideways, the color shifts pink.
This pair was individually cut, then kiln fired into a rounded rectangular shape.
Wrapped in sterling silver and attached to large stainless stee ear wires, allowing them space to hang low and sparkle beautifully.
